What is Sozopia Marketplace?
Sozopia is the marketplace for discovering, buying, and selling items across the Sozopia ecosystem—ranging from digital collectibles to in‑world utilities.
How do I buy an item?
Create an account or connect a supported wallet, choose an item, and select Buy Now. Review the price and fees, then confirm the purchase to complete the order.
How do I list my item for sale?
Go to My Items, pick the asset you want to sell, set a fixed price or start an auction, and publish the listing. You can edit or cancel the listing at any time before it’s sold.
What fees should I expect?
A small marketplace service fee is shown at checkout. Network or processing fees may also apply depending on your payment method and network conditions.
Which wallets and networks are supported?
We support popular, standards‑compliant wallets. Supported networks are displayed in the wallet connect flow; select the network that matches the collection you’re interacting with.
Are purchases refundable?
On‑chain transactions are generally final. If your order involves off‑chain fulfillment, you can open a dispute from the order details and our team will help review it.
Do creators earn royalties on resales?
If a collection defines royalties, the creator’s royalty is automatically included on eligible secondary sales, subject to the collection’s rules and network support.
Is Sozopia safe to use?
We never store private keys, use industry‑standard encryption, and monitor for suspicious activity. Enable 2FA and only sign transactions you trust.
